Good material availability guarantees a speedy start to order processing. The most common steel grades are immediately available from stock in many dimensions.
We are particularly well-stocked in the area of wear-resistant steels. From cutting, to processing, to the assembly, everything is realized in-house. Welded constructions are possible up to a unit weight of 10,000 kg.
Machine and steel construction – stress-relieved, sandblasted, preserved and, of course, completely machined.
We carry out the following maintenance work on components subject to wear and tear:
- Repairs of any kind
- Upgrades to assemblies, components, etc.
- Lining e.g. in housings, hoppers, chutes, mills
- Hardfacings and hard coatings in areas of particularly high wear
- Supply and installation of composite steel
