Hardox® the wear plate with many possibilities
Hardox® wear plate meets the highest requirements for wear resistance. The unique combination of uniform and high hardness, high strength and very good impact resistance makes Hardox® the ideal material for a wide range of applications. We manufacture custom cuts from the well-known Hardox® grades:

Hardox® 450

Is a wear plate with a hardness of 450HB. The material is intended for applications where high wear resistance is required in combination with good machining properties. Hardox® 450 shows good weldability.

Hardox® 500

Is a wear plate with a hardness of approx. 500HB. It is intended for applications where the high wear resistance of the sheet metal is decisive for the choice of material.

Hardox® 600

Is a wear plate with a hardness of approx. 600HB. It is intended for applications where high abrasion resistance is required.
