The stable processing machines are specially designed for machining highly wear-resistant materials up to a single piece weight of 10,000 kg. Thanks to multi-shift operation and our own delivery vehicles, your orders can be realized in the shortest possible time.

• Grinding: maximum grinding area 600 x 300 mm
• EDM-Machining Dimensions (X x Y x Z): 400 x 300 x 220 mm; the following workpiece dimensions can be processed (length x width x height): 810 x 700 x 215 mm
• Turning: Dimensions (X x Z): 2,125 x 430 mm with Y-axis with driven tools
• CNC milling centers: Dimensions (X x Y x Z): 2,300 x 1,500 x 600 mm
• Portal milling: Dimensions (X x Y x Z): 4,000 x 1,400 x 1,400 mm
• CNC boring mills: Dimensions (X x Y x Z): 3,200 x 2,500 x 1,300 mm
• Plasma cutting: Thickness 3 – 25 mm; dimensions: 2,500 x 6,000 mm
